"For me it's the exact opposite, I only grew to like Yu-Gi-Oh and Digimon MORE as I got older, not less because I was actually able to appreciate all the deeper plot-lines and characters that are in them. They are still my two favorite franchises to this day.

Pokemon is still good but not on their level (at least not anime to anime anyway)."

Even though I'm beyond fatigued of Pokemon as an anime and even as a media franchise for a while since it's become nothing more than a corporate cashcow that is a shell of its former self, I still prefer Pokemon as a series over both Yugioh and Digimon overall, if mainly because I like Ash as an MC more than Tai and Yugi, and I find Pikachu and the other baby Pokemon to be cuter than the other two's equivalents for me and because they're Nintendo characters (but not by much, since I'm tired of seeing Pokemon siphon away so much attention from other more deserving Nintendo franchises in the spotlight). The other two don't have the same level of familiarity and nostalgia for its characters to me by comparison.

and I will also say that I never cared too much for Tai and the Adventures 01 and 02 series of Digimon and its characters. And find them to be the least interesting MC's out of the three series. I've always been more of a Tamers and Frontiers person when it came to Digimon.

Oh and I also wanted to point out one more thing is that another reason why Digimon's anime is superior to both Pokemon and Yugioh is because Digimon knows how to end each series properly. Even though Pokemon anime has been increasingly stale for a while from what I have heard, it's still the best at maintaining a consistent continuity for over two consecutive decades. Yugioh anime series as a whole tries too hard to be like Pokemon and Digimon in their episode formats with its spin-offs, both having multiple series and running too long at the same time.

Basically Digimon at least waits like once every several years to release a new anime series and unlike Yugioh, they don't try to make each new series crammed and bloated with over 100 episodes of basically the same shit. At least they try and keep their episode count below 60 or even 50 as a sign of quality over quantity.

I thought the Creation Trio were actually multiversal (or at least low-multiversal) with Arceus sitting at solidly multiversal range and scale?

When last I looked the Creation Trio was universal and only Arceus himself was multiversal but I suppose I could be wrong.

I recalled well over a decade ago, I saw both Dialga and Palkia being listed as "low-multiversal" in their destructive capacity on the OBD wiki.

At least in their true "unsealed" forms, they should both be at least low-multiversal at peak.

Yes Guilmon was the lead Digimon in Tamers, who was created by lead Tamer (they were only called digidestined/chosen children in one of the movies) Takato Matsuki.

That would be Xros Wars/Fusion by the sounds of it. I haven't actually watched that one all the way through, saw a few episodes and a lot of clips of it. I do appreciate Shoutmon at least has his OWN reasons for wanting to save the Digital World, he's not just a moving meat shield for Taiki (Mikey in the dub). But that's just me, I didn't mind the gimmick (since all Digimon series have a different gimmick anyway) or the artstyle.
