literally read no books in 2021 unless audiobooks count, in which case i read.. 3 or 4

2022 goal: one book (for now)

currently reading: dance dance dance by haruki murakami

it's good but i suck at settling down and reading, definitely a resolution of mine to actually do it

I was in a massive year slump, and toward the end of this year, I’ve picked up quite the pace.

My goal was to read just 1 book because last year I hadn’t reached my goal (20, only got to 15.)
I didn’t dream of reading more than 2 books. It seemed impossible.

I’ve read 17 thus far. Some are not full on novels, some graphic novels, but it’s something. It’s… refreshing.

I read:
The Hunger Games Trilogy—last passage in Mockingjay is actually one I deeply appreciate.
Scott Pilgrim 1 & 3
A Tim Harford novel
Prozac Nation
Maya Angelou’s I Shall Not Be Moved
And a couple more comics, memoirs, poetry.

I’ll have to find the 2020 list of reads later.

Just finished reading Batman: Damned, the graphic novel. Had some amazing art, not really sure if I understood the overall story though.
