I don't believe the Throne of Heroes is connected to the Root, it's connected to Alaya and the Human Order of Humanity.
And ORT being able to do that shit was predicated since he was able to become a Vampire by eating a DAA in the Tsukihime Timelines, so it's not even out of left field he literally adapts when he eats/kills something.
It's honestly the least bullshit thing we learn about ORT outside of the fact it's true body is the Disk and not the "Spider" we see and eating a Tree of Emptiness did dick in actually powering it up and he still wanted it's Heart unlike Surtr which it explicitly got him back to his full power and then some.

Is it summonable, I want to see its Fgo page. Type-Earth's dialogue was as I had expected, but am genuinely curious how ORT thinks.

Nah, ORT ain't gonna be summonable(For extremely obvious reasons) but we know Lostbelt Kukulkan will be. It's literally a V/V from Notes situation... except it's literally just part of a TYPE, not the whole TYPE.
