Starsight tries to point out that there is a Body/Soul Duality in JJK and while this is somewhat true, this doesn't work when you realized that Cursed Techniques are stored IN THE BRAIN. That's why overusing on Cursed Techniques basically fucks up your brain and how Yuta and Kenjaku can still use the techniques of those they "possess" because they are using their brains for it. Continually trying to pull this nonsense that Higuruma should be able to confiscate Alucard's Vampirism due to it is such an unbelievable stretch, if Judgeman can go that far then why the hell doesn't it just kill people without the need of the Executioner's Blade?
Furthermore, this is actually demonstrated. Remember (or don't, since you apparently haven't actually read the manga), after the fight with Gojo, Sukuna incarnated. This incarnation completely restored his physical body to peak condition. Incarnation, as stated at the end of Chapter 237, fully restores his physical body to full health, meaning that if the phenomenon of his impaired CT was merely physical, it would have been wiped away by Sukuna incarnating. This makes sense as well, since Unlimited Void is explicitly able to target and affect even souls without bodies and at least part of the damage was inflicted by Unlimited Void.
We see, then, that Sukuna is able to etch a circuit that circumvents this fundamental damage to his soul in Chapter 258 and reconstructs his Malevolent Shrine with no loss in range or output. So it's clear that Black Flash's reconstructed circuit is manipulating the soul—something that also aligns with the fact that Yuji's own Black Flashes are able to inflict so much damage on Sukuna because they damage the soul and resonate with the boundary between souls, because Yuji explicitly has awareness of souls that most people don't.
Let's just forget that Sukuna incarnating did not fix the issues with his brain leaks or the fact that Sukuna can potentially still use the Ten Shadows due to using Megumi's body or anything like that right? Again, Starsight shows that she has knowledge of what she's saying but she doesn't have the
wisdom to realize what she's saying is stupid. RCT is a whole ass different can of worms to CT BECAUSE it requires to know your soul to heal yourself decently(and even for Sukuna, he still couldn't heal his destroyed hands or fucked up heart) meanwhile again, CT's are connected to your right frontal lobe and it's why the overused of CT's fucks up your brain(Like it did for Gojo and Sukuna).
Again, she's overplaying the significance of Higuruma's DE so it can do something it literally cannot do and how it functions anyway and when called out upon it, she does the same thing most SB users do but she does only "better" because she has the knowledge of the series she talks about:
