Pretty sure that's enough to defeat Post TS Kidd let alone Pre TS.

Just finished '97

I'm sure he can beat pre-ts Kidd. Not too sure about Post though. Isn't the asteroid that extinguished the dinosaurs just country+ level?

As for the EMP, there's a statement from Storm of the earth's magnetic field dying due to Magneto's doing. That could be quantified i think
