Most popular or personal favorites to be exact? By most iconic, I’d say the following:

Dragon Ball - King Piccolo Saga, Z - Namek, Super - Tournament of Power

Naruto - Chunin or Sasuke Retrieval, Itachi and Pain Arcs for Shippuden

Bleach: Arrancar and Karakura Arcs

MHA: Hideout Raid Arc

Yu Yu Hakusho - Dark Tournament

Yugioh - Battle City

Hunter x Hunter - Chimera Ant Arc big time

Rurouni Kenshin - Kyoto Arc

JoJo - Stardust Crusaders

Black Clover - Dark Triad

Even people who don't know anything about anime/manga still know of the Namek Saga. Still being talked about to this day.

It's 100% Namek Saga.

For actually most iconic arc in Toaru, it’s probably NT9-10. Othinus really became a fan favorite with these volumes and the most iconic villain in the series. Imaginary Fest advertised these parts like crazy with events based on them because of their popularity too

Railgun is easily its version of the Daihasei Festival arc

Everyone involved in the story in some way, great fights, Misaki technically makes her debut here, and nothing else in Railgun really topped Touma and Gunha teaming up to stop Level 6 Misaka

Obviously the Namek arc is the most iconic.

The iconic also varies a bit from country to country.

For example I remember that the gold saints arc in my country was very iconic while YYH was ignored by everyone.

But speaking on a global scale the second place would probably be between the chunin exams, soul society or Marine Ford.
