Let's put this another way. Aurelian is the person in question being complained about for his conduct, and in response to this, instead of him being punished, everyone else gets punished and threatened with more rules and guidelines.
This is particularly nauseating because if someone sees the above, why would they expect said new rules and guidelines to apply equally, if an admin can already shrug off previous guidelines? You wanna lean more into punishing conduct even at the cost of games, but you've already kind of shit on this premise by not putting the boots down on Aurelian. You can't have it both ways, either he gets a slap on the wrist and you accept the occasional bickering between players (preferred) or you can go full totalitarian dictator. But if it's "rules for thee and not for me", nobody likes that shit.
