Is there any way to beat Contessa(Worm)?​

Yes, but very, very few. In short, it requires either overwhelming force or negation of her power. And when I say overwhelming force I mean on the scale of destroy the planet she's on and hope her power hasn't led her to a solution to that. And as her home planet also has a very large number of multiversal copies and means of accessing all of them, you may honestly need a multiversal threat.
