both of those are fighting games and this thread is also about fighting games
so arcsys would probably do fine with it

though im not sure if i really care for their style for jojo, hftf and ASB both nailed the look in different ways

Arc wouldn't do fine with it because they've watered down their games a lot

a FOTNS by current arc would suck massive ass and have 0 of the absolutely hilarious jank the old one had that makes it memorable.

Current arc will slash a game's budget so the lead animator can give her husbando 6x the animations of the rest of the roster instead of making a good game
