Disquiet

deeply unsettling
I'm looking through my game collection for first-person shooters, and I'm realising that I'm really more of a third-person kinda guy. This would be much easier to answer if it was about those.

I suppose I own every Halo game (except 5) for some reason, and they were all okay. And I remember playing multiplayer Goldeneye on a friend's N64 when I was a kid, as well as once or twice in the common room during free periods at school, and that was pretty fun. Timesplitters 2 was great. Doom (2016) is neat. And if Morrowind counts (it's first-person and you can shoot people with arrows and/or bolts of lightning?) then that almost certainly tops the list. :hm

And FO:NV, obviously, even if the actual shooty stuff is a little subpar. Good RPG, though.

There literally aren't 10 FPS' worth mentioning.

Be like ranking your 10 favorite tumors. These copy/paste jobs have been a bane on the gaming industry since at least Halo 1.

No particular order, still have to think it out:

1. Ultimate Doom + Sigil
2. Half Life: Opposing Force
3. Final Doom: The Plutonia Experiment
4. Halo 1
5. Halo 2
6. Half Life
7. Portal 2 (Favorite game of all time though)
8. Half Life 2
9. Team Fortress 2
10. Left 4 Dead 2

Crysis would be honorable mention

Ignore the trash panda Edward Niggma, his tastes are garbage and he probably plays shit like DOTA or Neptunia. Anyways.

1. Doom (Less a game and more like a game engine at this point)
2. F.E.A.R
3. Deus Ex
4. Medal of Honor Allied Assault
5. Halo: Combat Evolved (SPV3 in specific, but the base game is still great)
6. Fallout New Vegas
7. Half-Life 2
8. Soldier of Fortune 2
9. Cold Winter
10. Borderlands 2

Lel bullseye.
How is it a bullseye, when you were exactly wrong? I don't like MOBA's.:hm

I did, admittedly, try to like MOBAs. The matches are just so fucking long though. Error 404: Attention Span Not Found

I tried googling Neptunia and I think I know less about it now than before sir_fire brought it up.
