Omni-Man destroys the Flaxan civilization, flying with such force that he creates a tremendous amount of kinetic energy, to the point he creates massive dust clouds visible from space. Let's get the timeframe of him darting between cities, then we can get to scaling.

according to this link, the smallest habitable planet would have 0.0268% the mass of the Earth (that being 6 x 10^24kg). That page also has a nice diagram, so we can scale the minimum size from that. The diameter of the Earth is 12756.2km.
