I mean, if nothing else, Luffy's definitely striking comparably to his giant ass. He may not be able to lift it from the unfavorable position of leverage he was in, but he's not outright outclassed by Dorry after injury.

Short of treating this pair of Sea King like the larger than 5,000 meter variants, not that I can see a reason to make that assumption, can't really think of how else to scale the island without resorting to real life values for shit like the Volcano.

There's honestly a bunch of scans of the Castle being plainly visible on top of the Drum Rock Peak, but this one had the easiest to see details and was plainly a forward view of it. If you want me to sub it out for another, that's fair game too. Bit feat like the rest of the feats in this arc either way though.

Time Frame (?) = ~2 seconds (the amount of time it'd take Wapol to spit out his panicked begging as Luffy begins to shout is my best guess at a time frame. Talking is normally free action, but it clearly wasn't here. Make of it what you will either way.)

I wish I could use literally anything else as a time frame, even like the free fall of fabric on his sleeve, something, anything. Oda gave me nothing :lmao

Only other feat of note I can think of from Little Garden or Drum Island arc is Dorry and Brogy's Hakoku that split the sea and kills the Island Eater. I won't be doing that right now.

So, Usopp survives this combo, albeit heavily wounded. Also just the bomb on its own once or twice.

Mind you, this all scales to better on account of what this shit was doing to Chopper.

Also Usopp's Hammer Comet does Mr 4 in, so that's neat.

The calculator doesn't go below 1 kiloton (Near-Total Fatalities Radius of 280 meters), so I have to work backwards via Square Cube Law

Playing with it a bit, I found that 0.002243 (2.243 kilotons) has a Near-Total Fatalities Radius of 366 meters. Works for my purposes as you divide that by 2 once over to get the explosion Radius of the feat. Means I divide that 2.243 kilotons by 8 and get a yield of?

Number of Total Punches = 50 (at least that's what it seems to be at my count. Feel free to do so yourself, my eyes could have been off. Either way, could be more, but we're not really given sufficient evidence to work with here)

Number of Punches per Arm = 25

Obviously, his punches will increase in distance to travel up and back for each punch following, thus I'll use the average distance they'd be traveling per punch to get the total distance a given Arm of Luffy's is traveling. That'd be at about the halfway point between Luffy near us in the foreground and the top of the hole he punched into the Bedrock in Alabasta above... which is basically just the Distance to Hole Diameter (Background; 3,691.9 meters) I derived above

Average Distance Traveled Per Punch = 3,691.9 meters

Total Punch Travel = 92,297.5 meters

Alabasta Monkey D Luffy's Gomu Gomu No Storm Speed = 14,424 m/s or mach 42.387

Only other feats of note to really consider would be Crocodile creating a sandstorm (not that I can think of a time frame for that), some of Daz Bones feats, Zoro lifting and chucking a section of cut building, a Bananawani biting a chunk of large staircase, and Ms. Doublefinger's wall vaporization. None of which I feel like trying to cover right now.
