I think RDK can make a reasonable gamble here after 3 invests are already outted and claim a 4th that doesn't exist, depending on what information they have available

Only reason for that would be if he wanted to preemptively claim a visit on the dead Player out of fear the Tracker was on him and saw it. Which would make him the Killer.

But I disagree it's the only reason, because exactly what he's claimed is basically the only situation, if he's scum and doesn't actually have a watcher, to fake it without cc risk. Think about it
Put Hime into the primary PoE and Achro out of it.
