I’ve seen the “scum wasted a lynch stop to frame me” many times now and it’s never been the case lol
But that's the problem, is that if Poyser's town he would understand the nuance there. He's trying to push me/Ratchet which is just about as level one as you can possibly get. The maximum beneficiary for this kinda play would be someone on the sidelines who didn't get their hands dirty.

Logically it’s not even a good play. Scum can just let you get lynched and then save the lynch stop for themselves.
