Not quite why there would be a distinction though.

You target your target in both cases.
If your target is regular blocked your action still reaches them and they become immune.
If your target is jailed with the variant I have your action doesn’t reach them and they remain blocked since I prevent all actions on them except Cults.

Cenarius is one bad MF (in terms of powerlvl), he's a Demigod that has very few rivalling his strenght.

Like Malfurion which Gulio flipped is like a baby compared to him
