I don't really want to look for this so I'll take your word for it. At the very least not fully true - I claimed parts of my ability way earlier (~d1 iirc with the writeup). I also don't think I would ever refuse to claim with the agenda of my abilites are to common place.

I'd probably bring Alexis up from what you've said and drop Lethal down. Which gives me a POE that shares comminalities with yours. Furthermore can Alexis be a cult leader (question).
