I have only watched up to the end of the Orange King arc, but aren't most characters not that strong unless they a Master Block of some sort. TSC was ridiculously strong when he awakened and I heard that the other side series make him do crazy stuff, but it is non-canon?

I don't think it caused an earthquake, but Kira2's Sheer Heart Attack's explosion was strong enough to destroy the Pier it was on with pages afterwards showing the blast causing multiple boats to lift off the water.

It is. There's still a two last volumes and the last novel in April. However, I think whatever extras from the volumes will just be character stuff.
