You pretty much need to restrict it to no opening animations to remove time frames for Excalibur in the Fate route so that you can only measure the power of Excalibur based on how much matter "mud"/water it vaporized in UBW or Shirou's near-death version vaporizing the large Angra Mainyu construct to make it "fair" in terms of yield. Even then, you still have Hrunting in HA to get around. The latter feat being more impressive than the former for Excalibur as the Angra Mainyu construct had more volume of "mud" to work with IIRC.
