Storm (X-Men: TAS) enters One Piece

I don't remember any feats from her that suggest she make it to high tier. Or most of the X Men besides Jean Grey and Xavier.

Yeah, I agree with that. Storm is an Omega class so it makes sense she'd be around the same tier as Magneto and Apocalypse. She tends to get sandbagged alot though mostly because she tends to focus on AoE and a little bit of PIS.

Most fights in the original series she could end but she mostly just worked as background support with wind and thunderstorm manipulation so it could keep the tension of the villains remaining a threat. The DCAU had a similar problem with Superman in the first season of JL. He should have been able to solo most of the problems he was involved in with that season but the show designated him as the resident tank and either had him do nothing but eat damage for the other members or just get conveniently weakened/knocked out before the fights start.

Storm is consistently a glass canon.

So wether she can outscale anyone with her DC isn’t going to matter if top tiers in OP hit her its over

There's also X-Cutioner's gun shooting radiation, which Storm intercepts to save Mags

And finally there's an argument to be made for Cyclops' beams (which several characters dodge or block) being light-speed. The end credits info cards reference the way his beams used to work in the comics in that he absorbs sunlight to then discharge it

What's the highest speed for OP? I know some people have light speed as apart of their power set, but was it agreed they were the same and could move at lightspeed?

We had a thread about it in the old OBD.

Luffy, Kizaru, Sanji, and Kaidou are accepted to be lightspeed.

Everyone else only has reactions.

Is it only lightspeed or are they some degree of FTL? If they are they should blitz but if they are only baseline than Storm might be comparable or even higher if we take Cyclops eye beams as light speed which should make Storm as fast as others that can dodge and react to it.

If we take Cyclops eye beams as lightspeed than it seems who hits first is what decides this for most matches with the reaction advantage going to Storm since bloodlust is on by default in the OBD so she will hit to kill which should get her to the top tiers for now. What is the highest durability for OP characters?

Sanji, Luffy and anyone equal to or above Kizaru

Thing is, its likely that outside of Sanji, who’s noted to be an anomaly by Kizaru and Vegapunk in raw speed, its likely that most other characters react thanks to Observation Haki’s Pre-Cog

You can argue Imu, Joyboy and the like are faster. They’re the top fiers


Maybe Shanks if you include him blitzing Kizaru in the non-canon movie

So she'll probably be pasted by notable high tiers.

She will stop at someone like King.
