Above the Hundred Gods, obviously. And every other mutant on the planet. Able to assimilate and terraform entire worlds, and his body is so large as to encompass them. Directly scales to much weaker mutants that can warp reality, so on and so forth.
Would this make him planet level or higher, depending on how potent his reality warping is?

Offtopic: just from watching it. That was an interesting body horror game.and especially the Bad ending gave very solid cosmic horror vibes.
It is extremely cosmic horror. Premise is that a giant cosmic horror, known as The Visitor, enters the Sol System by accident. Well, part of it does, and anyone who sees that tiny part of it mutates into monsters. Anyone it sees also mutates. And even things like pictures of it or reflections of it also mutates anyone who sees it. It is not evil, though. It is just so incomprehensible, that it changes reality around it. When Sam actually communicates with it, you even learn that it is benevolent. It is just unfortunately cursed to live as a supermassive monstrosity.
Yeah, but if the nature of it was evil? It would have been like, "Lmao, based." Instead it was like, "Oh no, I don't like this. It feels horrible. I'm so sorry."
