Oh that's a cool idea. Yeah its hard to keep consistent on these things. I'm making a new character for my campaign because all my party members are ***s and wanted to join the sabbat and mine didn't so he got mafia whacked lol.
Ah yeah, gotta hate it when that happens All else fails, take a Tremere with max intelligence, game flaws and traits so you start with path of technomacy 5 along with max computer skills and have fun watching the chronicle fall apart
I'm rolling up a starscream level traitorous Toreador and kinda rolling off the Pickman's Model lovecraft story as inspiration. Just obsessed with the macabre and suffering, especially of his own friends, lol. You guys got this encounter! Adversity is what builds character!
I was fine with getting whacked because I didn't want to be a dick and stonewall everyone else from the sabbat path but my dude was never joining the sabbat. Even the DM was like "Hey I don't get why your character wouldn't want to do this." and it's like, just because I'm a brujah doesn't mean I'm going to rebel against the camarilla because a guy I 100% know is trying to use me wants me to join his vampire terrorist holy war.
You can be a brash dickhead without wanting to be a terrorist, especially when your background is that you were a guy coming off stardom who was used and betrayed by his manager and people around him. Also, the sabbat framed me for serial murder and my first feeding roll of the session was a critical failure and i ended up actually killing someone for real, and my character had a tenet against lying at all, so lol the universe cut me off my turnabout pretty quickly.
