Having read the IDW run the idea of any characters on it being universe level outside of Shockwave and D-Void is pretty ridiculous to me. No real reason to scale anybody to Shockwave. Quora takes a lot of things out of context

Does Alternity's time travel weakness apply only to their timeline or to the entire multiverse?
