I mean I always wondered why is it that Digimon almost never seem to get challenged or called out on their wank by anyone back in the day?

Because for the most part it ISN'T wank, there are a lot of multiversal (and even megaversal) characters in Digimon ESPECIALLY if we're talking composite versions of Digimon.

The ISSUE is these people are now trying to apply multiversal scaling to characters they shouldn't like Adventure WarGreymon and such.

There's a lot of truth to this (it's not just wank).

Multiversal+ feats

• The Mother Eater would have destroyed the entire Digimon Multiverse at once, and Alphamon played a significant role in defeating it, along with the player.
• Darkness Bagramon from Xros Wars was going to merge all the universes into one and he was one-shot by Shoutmon X7 Superior Mode.
• Young Hunters also had Quartzmon who would have turned the whole multi-verse to digi-quartz, who was killed when a significant chunk of Darkness Bagramon's power was retrieved and used against him.
• Tamers' digital world is actually made up of a bunch of universes, each layer is a universe and then you have the ones the Sovereign made for themselves, Megidramon with the digital hazard was going to nuke all of that. Dukemon Crimson Mode has unrestricted access to that power.'
• Brave Tamer games had ENIAC and ABC which oversee all the Digital worlds in the multiverse, as well as ZeedMilleniummon who stomped the aforementioned ENIAC and ABC and was so powerful that merely existing was threatening the fabric of reality. Removing his limiter would destroy the whole Digimon multiverse.

So you believe the Adventures 01 and 02 guys like WarGreymon and Piedmon are being incessantly wanked to multiversal by these fools? @Adamant soul
