One Last Forum

Manhattan. The thought has occurred to me to move to Florida over the last two years though. Things are very bleak here.

I believe that has been the move for everyone in NYC since the height of the pandemic and I've been cashing up for a house, which I'll be looking for in Florida in the next year or so. NYC rent is fuckin' ridiculous and was even before that... I was paying $1,585/m for tiny ass 1 bedroom and now I'm in NJ where I get peace of mind and an extra room for nearly the same price.

I'm in NJ now and a 40 min bus ride to Port Authority, but I too have my heart set on moving the hell out of the tri-state.

Terrible leadership has consequences.
