Massively FTL to instantaneous attack speed and reactions to due to Death's attacks killing the concept of distance and Olrox being able to dodge them. Soma Cruz has Death's soul at his strongest, and by accolades and showings he is above vampires like Olrox. So, that scales to him. His power of dominance allows him to have dominion over the souls of others, and as Dracula is his previous incarnations he was the Dark Lord/The Avatar of Chaos. In Aria of Sorrow he is even able to defeat Chaos which was previously the source of his powers, and the counterbalancing opposite of God who created the Castlevania multiverse. Which consists of at least half a dozen different universes. Chaos itself created the Chaotic Realm which seemed to be a universe. Not unlike the Abyss which was created by Dracula, and had galaxies inside of it. Both were maintained by their power, and collapsed on themselves without it.

There's petrifaction, soul steal, soul corruption (all demons in the Abyss are corrupted souls, and there's an infinite number of them), mind fuckery, resistance to all of the above. He can create and destroy black holes, dimensions, transmute matter, stop time and he's also resistant to stopped time. Shape-shifting, teleportation (in-between dimensions no less), regeneration powerful enough that erasing both his body and soul is not enough to kill him, he can also counter regeneration that is this powerful with magic seals.

Going off that, specifically the regeneration and soul steal/corruption, Soma wins, but here's the rundown on Worldmind King Acroyear anyway.

He was able to defeat and kill Baron Karza who was harnessing the Enigma Force from the Time Travellers:

For context, the Enigma Force is the fundamental basis of all existence, and the power that maintains the balance between multiverses, and stops them from colliding in cosmic upheaval. And the Time Travellers are a direct manifestation of that power, of which Karza was harnessing when Acroyear killed him:

So yeah, Acroyear while becoming one with the Worldmind is much higher into multiversal, but Soma is faster and has the means to hax him to death, and he's also on a pretty strict time limit on top of not being able to bypasss Soma's regen.
