The Bending Mastery Paths System is designed to immerse roleplayers in a dynamic progression model tailored for each bending element and its variants. By mastering elements through dedicated paths, players can unlock unique techniques, hone their specialties, and differentiate their bending style from others. The mastery system uses Mastery Points (MP), earned through roleplay engagement, quests, and challenges. Each path offers a distinct journey of growth, reflecting the element’s unique cultural, combat, and utility aspects.
Advancement in the system requires completing key milestones such as quests and investing mastery points to unlock abilities within specific tiers. Paths signify specializations, while Masteries offer powerful standalone abilities to augment bending capabilities.
Path Progression: Each path is divided into five tiers, each offering a unique upgrade upon reaching it. Players must complete quests to progress. Advancing through tiers typically requires.
Tier I: Completion of 2 B-rank Quests
Tier II: Completion of 2 A-rank Quests
Tier III: Completion of 3 S-rank Quests
Tier IV: Completion of 4 S-rank Quests

Mastery Points (MP): MP are earned through significant achievements in roleplay (battles, storyline events, quests, etc.) and can be used to:
Extended Ignition (45 MP): Burn duration extended by 2 turns.

Combos are 50% faster and every third strike is empowered by 20 damage.
Relentless Heat (45 MP): Further boosts attack speed by 25%.
Combustion Chain (50 MP): Launch an additional attack at combo ends, allowing you to add additional strikes in your combos.

Entering a heightened state of flame mastery, creating continuous fire waves as you move (dealing 25 damage within 5 meter radius per turn).
Ember Symphony (60 MP): Manipulate waves in one direction increasing damage to 30.
Dance of Embers (65 MP): Gain evasion and enhanced bending during the waltz, increasing durability by 20.

Control large-scale heat fields for area denial and disruption (mid-range). Able to manipulate the heat in the area increasing the temperature dramatically, increasing fire damage by +10.
Heat Scorcher (55 MP): Increase heat range to long range.
Precise Tactics (60 MP): Alter heat field effects mid-battle causing continuous burns for 10 damage per turn.
