So, as I understand it, the bear can ignore the concept of distance and speed, can manipulate causality, fate, time, probability within an infinite hierarchy of dreams, which itself is nothing more than part of another higher level dream, and the bear can deepen this fractal recursion an infinite number of times by observing itself. Touma wins, the bear proves weak.
