No, that's not it at all...
Fate's continuity, as well as the Nasuverse's, is stupid simple:
The entire thing is Multiverse Theory. All of the Routes are canon, all of the Bad Ends are canon, the various Manga and Anime adaptations are canon as well as the LN and VNs, even FGOArcade and other people playing FGO? Those are canon too.

The entire series was based on Multiverse Theory since Tsukihime with it having multiple Good, Bad Ends and whole ass different setting altogether(aka Shiki Tohno deciding to go back to his mansion and the Ahika, Hisui and Kohaku routes) and it acknowledged that all of them happened.
The entire point of Hollow Axtraxia's existence is Rin literally causing a Time Crash because she wanted to recreate the Jeweled Sword of Zelretch and fucked up monumentally, causing everyone to remember everything and characters that lived in the various other routes to spontaneously live and remember everything that happened including their deaths:


And while yes, Kinoku Nasu and Takeuchi tending to make jokes canon is true(Servantverse is literally a hyper long running joke started in 2013 over an April Fool's joke), that's basically what they do and what the fanbase expects at this point but that's no different than what other creators tend to randomly do.

Like the entire point of Fate/Extella's existence is to basically put the nail on the coffin that the entire series is literally bullshit Multiverse Theory and EVERYTHING that happens in Fate/Extella is canon and there's many, many more bullshit that has happened that we won't know because of Velber Archimedes sliding through god knows how many timelines trying to get the Velber to win.

Powerlevel? I mean if we are going by that, we had Continental+ characters since Tsukihime(That's not even getting into Archetype "I can casually play Pinball with Earth's Continents with a pinky" Earth or ORT who could bitchslap everyone into the next Big Bang, Zelretch who defeated the Crimson Moon who can casually create and drop The Moon on folks) and Nasu all but openly states Artoria can kill Nvrsqr with Excalibur... and that's before we get into Kagetsu Tohya telling us outright that due to some bullshit, his fake Chaos became real Chaos that requires destroying the World to get rid of... which we later found out is what Grail Mud is... and guess what Excalibur does in all 3 routes?

That's before we get to Fate/Extra and CCC which basically made it far more clear even for the people in the back. FGO wasn't ground zero, it was the equivalent of dancing on someone's grave.

They are also tries too hard by applying real world pyhsics rule to fiction

What I said is true and it never decreases in any way:
The only time Servants are ever weaker than they canonically are is the nature of their summoning and their Masters, otherwise they are always as strong as they are depicted no matter what because the Throne of Heroes is outside of Time and Space and isn't influenced by jack and shit once it happens.
By what they told me once before, we don't need to see Servants be a threat to Continents, Planets and then some and moreso when the story itself constantly tells us that and we've seen it happen pointblank.

If these people had eyes, they would see the dots that's around the bullets fired at Hansa to be Shotgun Pellets...
Hansa did a hell of alot more than catch "one bullet"...

No, she knows Hansa catch more than one bullet.

She is saying that Hansa catching more than one bullets doesn't matter, if he can catch one. So she is saying his speed is not that impressive because catching multiple bullets=catching one bullet for her.

She knows Hansa catch more than one bullet, she is just saying that catching like 12+ bullet is the same feat as catching 1 bullet. And therefore not that impressive compared to cutting 10k fish, according to her...

Nursery is indirectly saying Hansa catching multiple bullets as you said is not as "QUANTIFIABLE" as Kirei's feat. Like how is Hansa catching bullet not quantifiable enough?!!

Alright, my brain is legit gonna melt at this point from the stupidity so I'll call it for tonight here but to end it off...
In order to catch multiple bullets from a SINGLE Semi-Automatic, you will have to be frames faster than each individual bullet because while you can be fast enough to catch one, there is an extremely small delay between each shot ALONE(The one thing Urobuchi actually got right when it came to Artoria having issues advancing on Berserker Lancelot due to that)

This is magnified when it's 2 different types of guns, especially when one of them is a Shotgun and the other is an Uzi-like gun(Both which has whole ass different level of spreads and one is an automatic. Not only would Hansa have to be fast to catch ALL of those bullets, you would have to be fast enough to account for the different delays all while doing it with ONE ARM and staying in the exact. Same. Spot.
I barely know about guns yet it doesn't take a genius to understand how guns work.
