Converting video files into audio files

Usually when I convert I have a website that I use when I'm working on OBD Brawl. Sometimes the program doesn't work as required so I have a backup called Goldwave if you've heard of it that used to work just fine until recently as well. The files are generally over 100MB that I work with. At this point I'm looking for alternatives between the two. The site is online-audio-converter.com

If the files aren't at a constant bitrate (CBR) they're useless to me

Anyone have any good alternatives?
