I think Monti's way of thinking makes a lot of logical sense, Ultra and Hayumi could definitely be in the mafia, especially since they're hyperactive (they and Holmes) compared to the rest of the OLF players, although I'd be surprised if they were in it together. Lion also comes off as mafia to me, more from greenwashing the rest. I haven't read the last few pages yet.

gad doesn't strike me as scum with lion, he wud have been more snarky to ultra instead of quietly joining the wagon... unless
