Out of curiosity if the animated series was set aside would you still say Kai has the better feats/scaling?Kai scales to higher feats than anything in Shrek canon. On the other hand, he doesn't have any way to kill Death, so if anything it's a stalemate.

At least in the movie he appeared in I don’t remember anything that crazy (except for maybe the Wuxi Finger Hold but Kai definitely wouldn’t scale to that considering it killed him).
This^
That giant stone block Kai punched apart is about the same size as the forest giant iircOut of curiosity if the animated series was set aside would you still say Kai has the better feats/scaling?

I think the giant is bigger
But we’d probably need someone else to measure them both and compare to tell for sure.
Lmao. I’m re-reading this post and realizing I confused Kai with Tai-Lung.Out of curiosity if the animated series was set aside would you still say Kai has the better feats/scaling?

Death was also completely immune to the power of the wishing star. Which is a big deal because it had massively powerful reality warping going for it. Guy no sold everything in it, and was even changing the worlds it created based on whoever held the map. The Cave of Lost Souls for example where Death just straight up wrecked everything, including the souls of his previous lives, and began infecting parts of it to the point he permeated all of it. Death makes it clear he also has a measure of omnipresence. He is always there for every death. Say for example all of Puss's deaths. He was there for each and every one. He is not actually restricted to being at one place at a time, and can be in many places at once. Since he is not just there for Puss's death either. He is there for all deaths that transpire on Shrek's earth. Not sure if that applies for speed or not, but it's crazy regardless.I want to say Death wins here. I haven’t really analyzed his feats, but scaling above Puss on its own might be enough here given at the beginning of Last Wish Puss KOs a forest giant without much effort.
Also given death is literally the concept given form and the end of the movie pretty much says Puss could not actually defeat death, just delay him by accepting his mortality and treasuring his last life…
I’m doubtful Death could be killed by normal/physical means.
