Enel is a casual City buster + lighthing speed , while that Sasuke was City buster (with Kirin , his strongest attack) and 2 digits mach speed (last time i check it was between mach 30-40) , Enel has this in the bag.

Is this from the Ninja Storm Game? I remember Itachi destroyed an island using a fireball in one cutscene but I don't think manga fireballs scale that high.

Anyways, the elephant in the room is that Sasuke has no way of hurting Enel since he's a lightning logia and can turn into an element.

Kirin being that quick makes sense considering it's literal lightning. No problems with that.

Think the number is that high because of KE.

So I read the calc and the problem I have with the power part of it is that the number is based on the broken fragments of the mountain Kirin destroyed being ejected at Mach 2000 due to the impact. The evidence for an assumption that Kirin tore through the mountain and sent everything in its path flying when it could just be that Kirin vaporized everything in its way as lightning tends to do and the remaining parts of the mountain just fragmented naturally due to the hollow section carved out.

Looking at the numbers you get from displacement of destroyed debris rather than the actual destruction itself is a good way to inflate numbers. A good example of that would be Saitama's Jupiter Sneeze being calculated at multi-star level because it displaced a good chunk of the planet at FTL speeds, but the problem here is that it could not even destroy its core.

I think this would be a high-end, but I would still take mountain-level Kirin as the standard AP just to be safe

I can buy Kirin being country but only EoS Sasuke , Hebi is more acceptable the Mountain level.
