Added support for Reddit short links​

Thanks to @Thegoldenboy2188 for originally reporting the issue. After further investigation, it appears that Reddit has made some changes to the way they generate URLs for shared links in the mobile app. They now seem to be using short links. I reached out to the developer of the Media Sites addon we have here through his support thread in the XenForo community, and he promptly patched the issue shortly after.
