I'm going with the one that actually has defined feats and isn't based on massive wank... aka Goketsu
Even if you say Gargantuan should be >= Ainz based on scaling (which seems perfectly reasonable IMO) it wouldn't matter since that's only around city level... which is where the vast majority of OPM characters start at.
