And that shit was only with the Junkyard dog. That alone at full power would have wiped Justice out :skully .

And all it took was his son in law breaking his shit to make a new one:tupac. Now that I think about it Ky's technically done that shit 2 times. Luckily the sacred treasures/Outrage can self repair themselves.
 
Basically I-no fused with happy has complete and total control over the backyard which is a “layer” below the observable universe. Think of controlling it like having access to console commands in a game except on a universal scale.

ky manages to surprise her with thunderseal+his own dragon install, gets one hit on her then he gets inmediately slapped away and every time after he only manages to clash with her before getting blasted away like a nuisance.
The only thing that remotely scales to her is Sol with his Rambo belt of magical batteries because the outrage ML.2 hits infinite energy output while plugged into it

Nago only helped out by clashing once with her to force her to use her “weak point” hand that she inherited from fusing with happy chaos so the outrage would destroy it and kill her. Pretty much no one outside of Sol with prep time and very specific equipment is on her level
