Both seem to be MCB and hypersonic so it seems even enough to me

If I remember her feats right, she may win but with plenty of difficulty.

Heroes like Dracro are capable of producing afterimages just from attacking and she was visibly still playing around, even managed to slice off his hand without him noticing.
She can also slice multiple gremlins into tiny pieces before Heroes like Gibriel or Borus (who are both comparable to Dracro) can even react.
With a bow she could reduce a gremlin to paste, and as a side effect completely destroyed the head of another Hero, Grunica (she got better dw)
The same Grunica would later go on to explode a Salamander, vaporizing a large chunk of the earth and part of the surrounding buildings in the process.
Ginko managed to fight Sol who did this with one hand:
Sol later shapeshifted into an Adamantite Golem to finish off Ginko, before being defeated in a single slash.
A Ginko who is injured after just having defeated Sol is capable of fighting Loup Garou, another Disaster, and could even tell that he wasn't fighting at his full potential. Even reprimanding him in the middle of their fight about it.
During said fight, said casual Loup Garou was also capable of easily defeating three other Heroes who were in the area at the time, one shotting two of them, as well as being able to react to two of them attacking him at once.
We see in the latest chapter that Loup Garou is fighting seriously, during which Ginko is actually struggling to keep up with him. Which itself is impressive given she was injured after having just come off of a fight with Sol.
Granted the latest chapter just came out so we don't have a conclusion to the current fight and we're not gonna get a conclusion until a month from now, so...
