R1: HE I think has better on-screen feats by far
R2: Mr. Sinister via prep, still haven't read 'Sins of Sinister' but it's one of those apocalyptic future stories where the villain (in this case Sinister) ends up ruling the universe via prep.

yeah creating a dominion is by far sinister best prep feat nothing high evolutionary comes close to that.
