Kakashi (Naruto) vs Gojo (JJK)

Scenario:

Round 1: no restrictions
Round 2: speed equalized and both sides have prep
 
Isn't kakashi country lvl or smthing? Psure Gojo just gets nuked. Also I'm pretty sure Gojo is way slower as well.
 
Kakashi just has to Kamui Gojo in scenario 1 and not sure there's much prep does to change that in Scenario 2 but maybe a chance he can trap him in Domain

Not fast enough.

Kakashi is either at minimum faster then the Elemental Chakra/Hidan & Kakuzu arc FRS Sennin Mode Naruto FRS (mach 200+) or around Hashirama/Madara/Tobirama's speed (mach 400+) and then there's the entire point of the Sharingan(s) giving him pseudo precognition, prediction, hypnosis, muscle and movement catching, etc...Though its hard to scale Kakashi to the absolute top tiers, there is wiggle room for it with speed.

Also another issue with Kakashi scaling only verifably to *just* that version of Naruto in Part 2 was he was keeping up with Obito and Gai much later on even with several Gates activated.

As far as power?
He shits on anyone in JJK.

The problem is that “wiggle room” for speed is contestable in the sense that if you include the Sharingan, then it means that Pre-Cog gives Kakashi a bigger window to react to something than someone like Gai or Tobirama

It’s the same reason why Naruto isn’t outright light speed during the SSPC Form

War Arc Kakashi had an assload of Chakra that allowed him to spam Kamui, plus he was way obviosly faster than he was in the Pein arc when he fought Tendo Pein.

I wouldn’t make him faster or equal to guys like Tobirama, Hashirama and such. He’s relative to Obito even though he obviously planned to get tagged by Kakashi. I agree at the end with you he’s on the same relative tier as him tho
 
Kakashi's speed and reactions generally help him with the brokeness of having the Sharingan/Mangekyou Sharingan and then finally peak Kakashi in Naruto Part 2 with the whole Double-Mangeykou Sharingan after buffed by Obito. Yeah strength wise specifically he's not remotely comparing with the God Tiers (Tobirama, Hashirama, anything from Madara, even 7 Gates or 8 Gates Gai, Sage Mode Hashi, Rikudou Madara, etc...) but he's on that ballpark.

He also intercepted attacks from the Juubito, buffed Madara, etc...

I forgot where EXACTLY top tiers and above scale for speed but their between or around quadrulpe MHS to relativistic I think?
