Because I love this series and I think they deserve respect (And a page in the OBD wiki).
Something that must be clarified. The manga started as a parody of Ultraman and some feats can be Toon Force.

Chapter 0.
The pilot chapter. This is meant to be a parody of Ultraman. In this chapter, Kinnikuman is the 8th son of Father of Ultra. He got a woman pregnant while he was drunk.
Kinnikuman can fly across space. He also can breathe in space.
Kinnikuman destroyed the ceiling of his house:
Kinnikuman can grow giant after eating garlicks. Okamarasu is 40 meters tall and weights 30.000 tons.
Kinnikuman used a front suplex to throw Okamarasu.
Kinnikuman can create a barrier but it broke.
Kinnikuman can turn into a slime.
Garlic energy allows Kinnikuman to turn into a giant and obtain an absurd destructive power.
But, if garlic energy is at its minimum, Kinnikuman loses strenght.
Like Ultraman, Kinnikuman can shoot a laser from his arms called Kinniku Beam.

An angry Kinnikuman grabs a building and throws it at Meat. Meat is ok.
Kinnikuman can shoot Kinniku beams from his legs. Kinniku Beam and Kinniku Flash are, at this moment, Kinnikuman's only moves.
Goriki can grab Kinnikuman (90 kg)
Kinnikuman defeated Goriki after he broke his abdomen because he laughed at Kinnikuman' strange faces.
Planet Kinniku is 500 years light from Earth.

Episode 1.
Meat can pull Kinnikuman while he is grabbing a pole.
The anime replaced the building with a road roller. Meat dodged this.
Goriki was ok after hitting a turnbuckle with his head.
Goriki can lift Kinnikuman (90 kg).
Kinnikuman grabbed one of Goriki's foot and made him fall. Goriki's weight is 110 kg.
Kinnikuman shoots his Kinniku Beam from his crest in the anime. In the anime, Goriki dodged the beam too. Goriki received several Kinniku Beams and Kinniku Flash. The attacks made burns in his body, but Goriki only laughed after this.
Goriki catches Kinnikuman in a bear hug. In the anime, according to Nakano-san, Goriki broke Anade the Giant's back with this move.
Goriki is defeated the same way, with him laughing at Kinnikuman's strange faces.

After a hard training, Kinnikuman develops Kinniku Beam. The attack uses a lot of garlic energy.

Nana Takahara, an idol, was so angry she grabs Kinnikuman and throws him to a wall, destroying part of it.
Kinnikuman has a henchman called Gorizaemon.
Kinnikuman and Gorizaemon planned Operation "Save Nana". Gorizaemon had to kidnap Nana so Kinnikuman can rescue her and steal her first kiss. But Gorizaemon ends up defeating his boss. Gorizaemon can climb a building while he carries a person.
Kinnikuman can launch his punches.
Kinnikuman grabs Gorizaemon (2 tons) and throws him. In order to save Nana, he turns into a parachute.

Kaiju have the power to destroy Japan and then, the rest of the world.
Like in the manga, Kinnikuman grabs Picadiilyone and throws him.
The Kaiju have destroyed planets bigger than Earth before.
It seems that Kaiju can enter the atmosphere without problems.
In the anime, Kinnikuman turns into a giant inside a building. Kinnikuman destroys the ceiling and a water tower.
Kaijus can fly in space at mach 2.
Kaiju have the power to destroy Japan and then, the rest of the world.

Episode 5B (Chapter 2 in the manga).
Nana Takahara is called Seiko Yamaguchi in the anime. Like her manga counterpart, she grabs Kinnikuman and throws him to a wall, but in the anime, the wall is destroyed.

The only chapter where Kinnikuman' sister appears.
Meat' ship can travel from Earth to Planet Kinniku in short time. Planet Kinniku is 500 light years from Earth. It seems that the Solar System where Planet Kinniku is located has two suns.
King Ton, a normal pig named Ikue raised as a kid, turned into a warrior that managed to overthrown Mayumi Kinniku and declared himself King of Planet Kinniku, turning it into a planet of pigs. Mayumi was defeated because, currently, his power is at minimum.
He is strong. He defeated Kinnikuman in a Judo match, boxing match and wrestling match. King Ton is afraid of the cook who wanted to cook him 20 years ago.
Kinnikuman was defeated because he left the garlic on earth. Without garlic, Kinnikuman's power is at 1/10th.

While in prison, Sayuri managed to defeat Mayumi Kinniku.
Ikue knows how to pilot a plane.
