Giovanna shouldn't be below Pre Strive Bridget at worst and AFAIK laura is somewhat comparable to zangief

if Laura gets the new V scaling she's > giovanna at her lowest

(if someone wants to argue giovanna should scale to Ky or Sin then she'd win thanks to speed difference, I wouldn't be the one to do so though)

It's hard placing Gio concretely on the tier list and each tier is drastically different from the other

But as Qin said even at her lowest she shouldn't be weaker than characters like Bridget so she'd still slap Laura
