It wasn't just the mods, unless you get your perms specifically revoked, all the staff could see user notes and warnings; advisors, retired mods, helpers, etc...but yeah, like Retrolize said, NF/FV, has had tons and tons of mods and other staff coming and going. Most either get dragged away because of the myriad of real-world issues take priority as the userbase aged (college, careers, families, marriage, etc...), so going over debates and arguments about unbanning or banning a specific user tended to drag out. So it compounded and made the HR debates about it a lot more drawn out and take longer to resolve.

Case in point if its the same Pein who kept getting banned because of specifically stuff in the Cafe where you had two or three specific Cafe mods advocating for him to stay perm banned or be permanently section-banned, you then had other mods debating it. Recent activity, warnings, apathy from newer staff not caring or not wanting to get involved, and so on pretty much stagnated a lot of discussions with stuff like that. And it wasn't limited to him.

Idk what you mean, but if you mean WG. All WG needs is a good run of some regular non-SRM games so people learn again to cherish those type of games. A few of the frozen/retired people might come back if the games end up good.

I guess I will also try to organize a newbie game in future, where we can tutor some new people into mafia. Maybe something One Piece themed, WG is a good place for that since new people constantly sign up for One Piece. And if users stay playing, then they can also visit our buddy's sites to expand on their mafia experiences.

Finally got unbanned cuz all the haters quit the forum.
But the new generation also found out they are haters.

I still have that screenshot of when I banned you from one of my forums cause you were an obnoxious little shit like myself all those years ago and we couldn't have two of those in one setting unfortunately
