I really liked RizeGreymon but sadly he kinda lacked feats in the anime IIRC. Next manga version probably has a much better chance but my memory is a bit hazy regarding his actual showings.
So I guess MetalGreymon takes this, but ShineGreymon should beat him even if he digivolves into ZekeGreymon
