I think Sonic Wing Mode is but not sure about regular super mode, eos Sonic Wing was able to break through and deck the giant super powered Master Galvatron

That barrier was able to tank some of Primus’ attacks (granted Primus was nowhere near 100% iirc and various characters were juked up off his own power)

Apparently he also beat super starscream in that form which I didn’t remember

With Rhisling he’s stronger than either Master Galvatron or SS though

he also survives the Black Hole in the manga but the Unicron Singularity is extremely bizarre to scale, doesn’t really make you universal or more for just surviving in it or anything, and various other characters can tank being inside it for some time (even Soundwave does in the comics and he isn’t super strong relatively speaking)
 
Well actually it would probably be difficult but not impossible I guess

Based on other singularity calcs I've seen, Base is at minimum easily higher than large star level+ (surpasses old high end for a supernova), star system level with proto degeneracy cannon

GF power levels are in flux TBH, it's not the most consistent thing to say the least

Sonic Wing Optimus one-shot Super Starscream in the former's debut, but then he did nothing to Starscream the next time they fought

EoS Super Mode Optimus was losing against a Master Galvatron that was still holding back, but he definitely did better than Metroplex, who crushed Dark Claw Mode Master Megatron

These guys just get randomly stronger like it was Toei DBZ
 
tbf the comic scaling is also completely inconsistent with the show barring the ending really but I can’t find any reason to ignore it outright because the comic stresses at multiple points its the same Vector as the show

you could use the line in Balancing Act about Vector having expended a lot of energy searching for the keys as why nobody early on could scale … except he then beats Ramjet a few pages later
