I honestly can't recall any feats from Nice that upstage Homelander?

Like maybe there's something from Wreck but recalling rn Nice is only building level.

Idk how strong Homelander is considered but he may actually lose unless lifting the marble statue is a good feat.

Edit: just remembered Wolf just before I finished typing this. Her bombs were underneath the entire city and caused citywide damage and Nice was undamaged in the epicenter.

We could probably scale Nice to Wreck, after all, he beats Wreck while being #15, and got stronger after reaching the #10 spot

And the assistance he got from Moon while fighting Wreck didn't boost his stats in any meaningful way
