Admittedly my BB knowledge isn't great but from what I know both are top tiers of their respective verses + at similar levels statwise + have broken as shit hax. So who wins this one?

Pretty sure that Susanoo take this because he have his own hax and resistance plus the Eye of the Azure. The same one that boost his observation at point to only have to think someone or something didn't exist and that cease to exists.
Also depend of how you interpreted the fact that Susanoo after absorbing Noel and her Eye of the Azure he can't be affect with the Doomsday and the Phenomena Intervenation of Master Unit Amateratsu. And as we know The Embryo created by Izanami to cause The Doomsday, absorbing and erase every universe and possibility in Blazblue cosmology remaining only one. Also inside the Embryo exist countless worlds that reflect people dreams and wish. And Mu-12/Noel thanks to The Eye can rewrite reality and create Her own reality/worlds/universes, Hakumen can slash the Embryo and Azrael can rip apart the Embryo and destroy fragments of the Azure. There are other feats but i'm thinking about make a Thread to discuss Blazblue cosmology and read other opinions.

In context Naoto universe get nuked and him travel to other universes to finally know only one universes remain. And worlds is refered to universes(in that specific situation). Susanoo hax summary is like hardcore level of mindfuck, soul damage, soul fuck, time-space manipulation, reality warp, existence erase and conceptual manipulation also Magic, nox nyctores and Grimores had the skill of negate regeneration to be able to kill the Black Beast.

the verse has lots of spatial/time techs, dimensional hax, low reality warping, teleportation, bfr techs, etc
they guilty gear lite for a reason
