This guy was fucking hilarious. Especially because of how honest he was. Literally walks into the room housing the super weapons he and the other extra-special squad have to pick his up, sees the queen (who could vaporize him with her pinky) and just straight up tells her "yo I'm gonna go try and grab a super obviously evil power-up because idgaf about collateral damage"

And the queen just rolls her eyes and goes "yeah that tracks" and let's him do it ha

Honestly surprised he liked this, especially given he was going in completely blind and how much Drinker and the rest of the MauLer/EFAP crew tend to like their moral ambiguity and the like.

But yeah, it's almost like if you at least stay true to the spirit of what you're adapting (even if you change some details), rather than trying to bastardize it into something it isn't, people will actually enjoy it. Who knew?

it might be but its competition in its field are absolute bonfires so

I figured you were talking manhua/manhwa, Reverend Insanity is Master of Gu which got put on indefinite hiatus because the author got in a row with the ruling political party

I heard the author mimicked how the CCP rules in the novel and MC that is a psycho ruled it so i suppose it makes sense they would censor him

Yeah the first and new waves up until best elder kicked it

I saw updates about there being a third half but it looked nothing like the first two so it's on the backburner right now
