in the light novel, he has spotlight, but in the final arcs, not that much, even haia surpassed him in power still he remains one of the many high tiers, but on the lower scale compared to the rest = continental/low ftl, top tiers in the light novel, reach large planet+/ftl+ levels

From what we've seen he manipulates people and fights with chemical weapons= Meliodas gets a nice letter from ellroy with some confetti in it : )
