OBD Convo #40: Back and Forth

Honestly though I look better now than I did when I was in my 20s, so getting older as a man isn't terrible. I'm in my prime now.

I'm not sure if it's the way I'm doing my hair now or my extensive skin care routine or whatever but today was like the third or fourth day this week that someone said I was handsome.

constant work fucked me up ngl.
I was in better shape in high school and college due to being a cat officer and it helps that I was also a basketball and football player at the time.
and then boom, I started to work and suddenly I have no more time for any of that shit.
I always joke that the only exercise I do nowadays is lifting the spoon to eat.

still trying to regain my body shape at that time though, I started doing long rides on my mountain bike again with my friends.
 
You have to make the time. It's that simple. 20 minutes 3-4 times a week is fine. Two days a week is fine too if you go harder. Sign up for Arnold Schwarzenegger's emails. Some of the exercise routines he gives are things you can do at home in 15-20 minutes but they're so intense they'll make you feel like you've been in the gym for an hour+.
 
So post game they gave huckenbein a new attack. It's suppose to be an upgrade but. Eh..............


It allows move and fire but everyone has charge at this point, same attack power, lesser range, better accuracy but again everyone has intuition at this point, same crit chance and basically same energy.

what's the point of locking it post game?
