Fun shit with what was shown as Gojo's weakness, Kakashi can actually kill Gojo with Kamui..

 

Well it definitely looks a lot better than the film, by which I mean that it's a lot closer to the book (barring obvious shit like Annabeth and Chiron now being black for reasons). The Minotaur and the Chimera both look good and at least Percy is fighting Ares rather than Luke.

I don't recall him specifically being named after Perceus because "against all the odds, he found a happy ending" then again I did only read three of them and it has been a while. It also makes a lot of sense for that to be the reason so I don't really mind it even if it wasn't in the book.

I notice they're showing Ares in the trailer but NOT Hades, the portrayal of whom will likely make or break this adaptation. With any luck he is the intimidating badass on a throne of human bones, only making you laugh because he balks at the idea of wanting MORE work by taking over the world, as opposed to the complete joke he was reduced to in the movie.

But we'll have to wait and see.
