Godzilla can always move fast in this timeline, he just never finds a reason to do so unless you piss him off enough to want him to end you now.

And people complained how 2014 as movie was too slow and boring at points so maybe the studios realized people wanted more action.

I thought that was a nice showing of intelligence. Godzilla realized he was wasting his time trying to laser Kong, so he dropped on all four legs like a fucking crocodile and overpowered him

Hell, even before he goes on all fours, you see Godzilla SPEEDING UP and moving surprisingly agile for his size which makes me wonder the hell is Drinker talking about?!

If we're comparing body of work, though, it's obvious Toriyama in his prime hustled a thousand times more, and with way better writing, than Toyo ever has.

Yeah it goes without saying that bragging about how much longer you lasted when you're a monthly manga vs a weekly one is a bit silly. Especially when the actual content of the weekly one shits all over the monthly one in this case.
 
It's literally the in real life version of Freeza's 5 minutes meme. I'm not even sure if they're done with that useless Dbs movie Recap yet. Even I'd they are it took months just for a recap .
